Citizenship and Immigration Canada (CIC) has requested that test centres do not forward TRFs to their visa departments, as candidates should enclose their original test results with their complete immigration application. We regret that IELTS regulations do not permit test centres to forward TRFs to immigration lawyers and agents.
Your Test Report Form is valid for 2 years and you are entitled to ONE copy only for your own use. You can collect your TRF from our office any Sunday - Wednesday between 14:00 and 17:00
Your TRF is a valuable document and you should keep it safe and secure because it cannot be replaced. It has inbuilt security measures and cannot be copied. Receiving institutions can also access a database to double-check your results
To guarantee delivery to the postal and courier services on a specific day, additional TRF forms must be received by no later than 4pm as follows

5 free copies
Within a month of your TRF being printed, you can have copies of your Test Report Form sent to five institutions free of charge. For these 5 copies, only the postal charge should be paid. Please see below for postal tariffs.
Some foreign universities & receiving organizations (ROs) have subscribed to the IELTS online verification system. You need to ask your RO if they are a member, and if you entered the details on your test registration form, then your TRFs will automatically be forwarded free of charge. Please note that this service is NOT available to organisations providing additional services to clients, such as recruitment agents, travel agents, legal and immigration agents.
Additional TRFs
Once the month-long period expires, or if more than five copies of the TRF are needed, IELTS Tehran will charge applicants 12,000 Tomans for each extra copy.
These additional TRFs can be forwarded to universities and other ROs in the following ways:

Attention: if your original TRF was not issued by IELTS Tehran, please do NOT remit money to this account, as we regret no refunds can be given.

Please download an application for TRF forms here and type in the requested details online. Calculate the total cost of TRFs plus postal charges (a separate postal charge for each TRF) and remit to the above account. Before submitting the form, please remember to type your bank receipt number, together with the total amount paid and postal service used in the chart on the application form.

Please note : the details on your TRF are exactly the same as those on your test registration form. No amendments can be made once the test results are available and the first TRF has been printed. If a candidate obtains a new passport between taking the test and requesting a TRF, it is up to the candidate to prove his/her identity to the RO.
