Enquiry on Results
Any candidate not satisfied with his/her test result is entitled to request a full or partial re-mark within 4 weeks of the issue date of their TRF. All remark papers and speaking recordings are forwarded to IDP:IELTS Australia and it can take up to 8 weeks to process the new results. Candidates may come to our office any Sunday to Wednesday between 14:00 and 17:00 to fill out the EOR form and pay the remark fee of US$100. You will be required to give your original TRF to us during the remark period and in the event that the result is changed to a higher bandscore, a full refund will be given and a new TRF printed.
